BAFTA nominated TV presenters Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes met on the second series of Pop Idol in December 2003, where after a whirlwind few months of competing live every Saturday night on primetime TV, they came 3rd and 2nd respectively. Competition soon turned to friendship and then a successful career that began with a Number 1 single back in February 2004. The boys then turned their hands to presenting, joining Fearne Cotton on TOTP Reloaded. The boys are currently on screen with their new show 'Jump Nation' on Saturdays at 8.30 on BBC2 and the CBBC Channel on Monday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm with their quiz show 'Copycats'.
